KF0U Comments - Made it to 100 logs. Always a good thing and warms my heart:). I appreciate all the help getting with the errors I've made. I look forward to doing this again in May. See you then!

N2CN Comments - Cross-checking is complete and the results are final.

SOAPBOX:

N5AAS - Forgot about it and got into it too late. Better luck next time!

N2CN - Stay well, everyone!

KY0Q - Short time on but had fun. Thought 40M was excellent tonight. Thanks for the Qs.

KE3V - Spent a fun hour on the sprint this month. thanks

W1ND - It has been a while, apparently over a year as I forgot how to update the membership list (it still had my old call N1XF). I forgot how to run. I forgot the sprint was 2 hours and not 1 (I almost didn't answer a call at the 1 hr mark). But it was a lot of fun and I don't know how or why I stopped doing these sprints. QRP never ceases to amaze me. For some reason, 80M is not clear for me tonight, the 3.555 mhz range is lost in some kind of interference from something here tonight.

WB4OMM - Had to do a quick hit and run tonight.....only had 45 mins. Signals on 40M were decent, but background static was up. Hope to see you all next month for the full 2 hours! 72/73, Steve WB4OMM

WA2JSG - Just 10 for me, all on 40m. Always a fun event. 72, Curt 3457 NJ

K5GQ - I asked many CW Academy students to participate. Hopefully some did. lots of QRN here.

K4KBL - Better result than in past several months. As always, had a great time and QRP CW is the only way to go !

K1IEE - Checked out 20M and it was very quiet, then 80M and found high QRN so went to 40M. The last 1/2 hour sounded like someone local turned on a device that brought the noise level to S9. Still would not miss the sprint. Thanks to all 73 Dick

N8XMS - It was a fun evening with plenty of QSOs during the first 45 minutes or so. Then after that it got a lot tougher. One QSO on 80m where my antenna is more like a dummy load and everything else was on 40m. Thanks to everyone who put up with my poor bug fist.

NF5U - It was good to be able to participate tonight. I didn't try 20m, I worked 40m most all night. Checked 80m a few times and didn't hear much going on. I used my Yaesu FT-817nd and Vibroplex Standard Bug. It was good to channel my attention on something besides the pandemic. Everyone please take care and stay well, see you all next month, 73's Jerry

KD0V - High Noise Level on 80M. Conditions were good on 40M for the first hour. See you all next month.

W2ITT - My first contest ever! Thanks to everyone who put up with me. Some I just couldn't pull out, some I didn't get the call on the first try, but I'll get better.

AB8RL - Started late but glad to participate. Used Kenwood TS-480 at 5 watts first time with CW filter did great.

KD3CA - Conditions not very good here , a very bad rain storm with a lot of QRN , Worked a few minutes , tried later for a few minutes conditions the same so I gave up. best 73 to all Don

WG8Y - Hi all, Started app.15 min. late.Did S&P on 40 for first hour then went to 80M. 40 was gud here in NC but 80M was better. Called CQ most of the 2nd hour. Tnxs to a couple of the guys for the repeats. Funny how the QRN can come up on the same letters when I asked for repeats. Tnxs all. Was only gonna make a few Q's but once I got started the time flew by. 72 from N.C. Mark WG8Y

KN1H - Thanks for another fun sprint! Conditions good although I have a horrific new local noise on 40M that needs to be dealt with. IC-7300 and Nye Viking Master Key.

K0RGI - First sprint in probably 4-5 years. 40m started going dead here about an hour in and I switched to 80m. Pretty quiet condx, just the occasional static crash. Had a great time - thanks!

KJ4R - Glad to be home and not on the road with work finally for a Sprint! Seemed like condx were good tonight on both 40 and 80. Lost a few QSO's due to QRM. Sorry if you called me and I could not copy. KX3 to verticals for 40 and 80. Always fun and thanks to everyone for the contacts.

K9DRP - Tstorms rolling thru made conditions tough so I only worked S&P. Lots of snap, crackle, and pop but lots of gud sigs. Worked the Argo V tonight. Fun as always!

AC6ZM - First time back after a long time off. Glad to find a few on the band tonight.

KD3FG - Glad to hear so many stations on tonight. There were some loud signals tonight. If you got a 599 from me, I meant it. Thanks for putting up with my rusty fist.

K3JZD - 40m a little noisy, 80m noisy, QSB on both. But it has been worse here in WPA. KX3 - 5w. Jody - K3JZD

WB9HFK - Fun time as always. 80M QRN pretty high here in IL. Thanks for the Q's and see everyone next month! 72, Mark WB9HFK

KC3RN - Rough night tonight. 80m was even more noisy than usual. 40 was a little better. I started out on my IC-746, but later switched to the FT-450D (both set to 5 watts). The 450 is surprisingly better at pulling out weak signals. The contour control is magic.

K0EW - Lots of activity tonight, but the high noise level made things tough. Still had a good time.

WA2NYY - Decent activity on 40 tonight, was much better than last months sprint. Went to 80 and worked a bunch. All in all about a 50/50 split between 40 and 80. Was able to work everyone I heard. A good time! 72 Mark

AD0YM - Lots of activity early. All QSO were on 40 meters. Dropped down to 80 meters for the last 45 minutes. Tried to work several stations, but did not get a response. TNX es 72 de Mike

K8NGW - Started out on 20 with a few QSOs, then 40 with a few more (with lots of QRN) and finally ending up on 80 with a few more. I can't think of a better way to practice "social distancing".

K3RLL - Early 60s E.F. Johnson Speed-X bug to K3 to 31 foot wire up and over the garage to keep the HOA Commandos away. Lots of signals on 40m this evening. Scores should be really high this month. Propagation goes up when stock market goes down? Gee, I never knew that! 72/73 ... Don

N4MJ - Another FUN QRP evening. Thanks to all participants. 73 de n4mj//glenn

KE9DR - Almost two years since I worked my last sprint. Made one contact then my HB rig decided to quit. Took the rest of time to trace a broken wire. I am ready for Next time. Fun anyway, 73, Bert, KE9DR

KF7WNS - Only had as few minutes to operate. Heard a couple of stations on 20, but no contacts. 40 was pretty packed with activity, but with only a minute before I had to leave, I grabbed the strongest station I could hear on 40. John/N0TA was booming into the West Coast. Hope to have more time next time...72

N7QR - IC706 + 1958 Vibroplex Presentation into a Butternut HF6V gnd mtd vert w/o radials + LDG tuner. Not much on but static but 40 came through. 44th sprint my count (although only shows only 34 in online data base) Russ - Portland OR

NN3E - Thanks everyone fer QSO's Nice enjoyable evening See u next month...

K4KRW - Thanks everyone!

VE9BEL - It was a lot of fun tonight. 73 Bernard

NR3Z - Great time, worked a few friends and a lot of new calls

N5GW - Heard a few weak ones briefly on 20M. Moving to 40M discovered many fairly good sigs, but heavy QRN from nearby storms made copy a struggle, so I did not even listen on 80M.

KE5YUM - A lot of noise tonite on 40 and 80 due to storms to my west, but I managed to work two, both from Illinois. Thanks to NI9M and NN9K. QRPGUYS EFHW at 25 feet running 5 watts.

WB1GYZ - I knew I was tired when a dupe occurred within 25 min. and the other op didn't pickup on it either. Long day and too much TV news. Be well and let's do it again next month.

W8WEU - Even with some large t-storms to the west of DFW got good signals.

VE3GNU - After a 4 month hiatus----pleased with the conditions and overall turn-out. Thanks to all for being there. Cheers! Ernie VE3GNU

K2DEP - It has been a while since I have been on the air. Enjoyed the hunt and pounce. Worked N0TA in CO. FB. Hope to be on the air a little more in the future. It is tough being retired.

WB8LZG - Hello fellow sprinters! Lots of action on 40m at the start. switched back n forth to 80m fer a few. Serious QSB at times after the first 30 mins. Had a great time working lots of old friends. SRI to a couple of you who called es I couldn't pull u out of the noise. Nothing west of Miss heard. Had fun with the gang. See u next month. 73 Gregg

W0ITT - First sprint in a while, it's a pleasure to be back. Thanks to everyone for the QSO's, see you next time. 72 de Gary W0ITT #9113

KA2KGP - 20m NIL, 40m was good, 80m was weak with QSB here in WNY. Rig: Icom IC 7000 at 5w. into G5RV up 25 ft. 73 to all

K4JPN - 20M was dead and made only one QSO on 40M, 80m was and would have made many more on 80M, but heavy QRN. 72 Steve K4JPN

W8RTJ - Was about 30 mins late starting sprint, es only did 3 qs on 40. 80 was much better es had a very nice run there until end of sprint. Only one or two signals i could'nt pull out . Always great fun es tnx to all 72 till next time . JIM

KB1M - Nothing heard on 20, 40 seemed fairly long, and packed full with sprinters. I had a fun evening and a needed diversion. Thanks for the QSO's. 72/73, Walt

N8LA - KX3, 5W, 200' Dipole @35', CW Morse black plastic key. KX3 was recently returned from Elecraft. This was the first time I used it since it was returned. It took me many minutes to figure out how to set it back to hand key from keyer setting. Had a dream the night before the sprint that I was the net control of the COVID-19 SK Net from the Hereafter. Almost contacted the Dedangon Funeral Home for arrangements before I remembered that I have arrangements to donate what is left of my body to the St. Louis University Medical School, if they still want it. All the Best to All. I am praying that all of you stay well through all of the current situation. Lou, N8LA

W2JEK - Called CQ on 20 but no response. Used 40 and 80. 3 QSO on 40 and 15 on 80. Conditions noisy bur not as bad as my plasma TV that i got rid of.Worked 3 new members with 9000 numbers. Welcome to the NAQCC. Had a good time 72 DON W2JEK

WX4RM - Conditions here were better than last month. Had a good time as always. Took my mind off of the coronavirus for a while, be safe all and good luck.

VA2EO - It was my first Sprint and not my last one. It's very friendly and no stress. Sorry about the wrong callsign in the members list, I forgot to update it, it should be changed in the next days. 73 to all de VA2EO (?ric)

W0KFG - Noise was lower than normal on 80m but so were the signals while 20m was on its way out. So 40m ended up being where the action was, at least in MN. But...overall, the NAQCC ops were stronger than normal so less time spent trying to dig them out of the noise. Tnx for the Q's everyone! 72

K4BAI - Good conditions on 40 and 80. Worked NM5S in NM on 20 and called N0TA in CO, but no QSO. 80M was a bit noisy, but signals were pretty good. Heard and called N0TA on 80 also. 73/72, John, K4BAI.

NN0SS - Conditions were very good on 40 and 80 meters in MN

AA9L - A safe place to be during this crisis. Had a good time and condx were good. 73 Rich

N4SO - Thanks to all NA operators, and next month's NAQCC CW Sprint is marked on the calendar for April 15... Ken N4SO AL 10076

KC3MIO - Left on 3/8 on RV trip bound for NM, to visit college friends. While in TX, heard from both that they were self-quarantining and we decided to turn around. Drove the final 535 miles on Wednesday, got home at 6 PM. Although tired and didn't realize that the sprint started at same local time, jumped in and had a great time. Thanks to all my contacts and thanks to the NAQCC. Ham radio and QRP is a Godsend in these perilous and anxious times.

W2SH - 20m was open with N0TA and N5GW nicely readable. Many attempted answers failed to even bring me a "QRZ ?" before the band closed. 40m fared better. The switch to 80m brought forth a fairly unstable band with a lot of QSB.

AK3X - 40 and 80 meters seemed noisier than usual. Using a new 102 ft inverted vee with 290 ohm twinlead feedline and tuner. Seems to work OK. I had been freeloading on a neighbor's overhanging tree as a support for my former 40 meter EDZ but that tree had to come down before it fell on his house! Hope to get the apex to 40 ft this Spring. 72 for now, Peter

AA5LH - Hope everyone is doing well. Was late to the start which found 40m band with moderate QSB and with the start of static crash season, poor reception. The 80m was not much better. Many stations were heard but just couldn't be pulled out of the muck. Hope to hear you all next month. Take care.

WA1GWH - Back on 40M for a pleasant change from 80M. Conditions quite good from here near Syracuse, NY. Long skip -- the closest I worked were NC and IL (4 times) and the farthest TX (NF5U, 339 both ways, TU!). Thanks for the contacts. Garry

KG4UPO - 20 Meters was dead here in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, 80 had high QRN, but 40 was hot for at least the first hour. I enjoyed using my K2, Windom, and J-38 key. Thanks to all who answered my call. 72, Wiley

WT4U - All hunt & pounce this time, FWIW. I was getting tired and thinking of turning in early when 80 started getting busy at the end.
