SOAPBOX:
W1BLU - Been a long time since both 20 & 40 were this quiet, QRN-wise. Too bad the propagation was down as well, (at least for me). Even called many CQs with only 1 response. Maybe better cndx next month. 72
KY0Q - Really good conditions tonight and lots of activity. Fun!
AB9BZ - Thanks for the sprint 73 ab9bz
K9QEW - Started out on 20m which seemed to be in good shape. QSY to
40m after only one QSO. All 40m Qs using my HB rockbound
xmitter. Band condx greatly improved. 72/73 & STAY TUNED!
Daryl
W4HH - Gud conditions on 40, lots of signals. CU next month.
WD4OHD - Had to quit a bit early but still logged 10 QSOs in 6 states on 40m. Pretty good band conditions. My first Sprint in six months or so. Nice to work some of the regulars and a couple of new ones tonight. Lots of fun as usual. Thanks to all.
NQ2W - Happy 19th Anniversary NAQCC! 20 and 40 were in good shape...too bad I can't say the same for my fist...tires too easily and gets sloppy. I hope I wasn't too difficult to copy. Thanks for the QSOs and thanks to the NAQCC for a job well done...here's to 19 more! 72, Will, NQ2W
K4KBL - Going great until bands seem to drop out with about 30 minutes remaining. Had a great time with contact with old friends and some new ones too.
K3RLL - Back in FL with antenna problems. A real struggle tonight but thanks to N3A/4, I didn't end up empty. Thank you!
KD0V - Thanks everyone. Best Band Conditions in a long time!
N4MJ - Short time in event. Thanks for the Q's.
N1BRI - Despite having constant problems with my Xiegu G1M (kept getting stuck on dahs randomly), I had a banner night. Bands were noisy but busy. Thanks to NAQCC and all the ops that participated for another fantastic sprint!
KC5F - Spent too long on 20m, but good for multipliers. Where were OH, IN and AL?! Nice conditions - thanks, all!
K4KRW - Thanks everyone! Fun night. 73
VE3DQN - A great Sprint. Strong signals. Lots of stations.
KN2G - That was the hottest I've seen 20m here! I hoped to keep up the contact pace but 40m was a bit more work. 80m was very quiet. Where were the static crashes I so adore??? Always a good way to spend and evening. Still learning how to use the computer logging.....
K9NUD - Nice bands tonight. Started on 20, then mostly 40, with a few more on 80. KX3@ 5W using a cootie. My main cootie got scratchy so I had to go the the backup homebrew model.
KN1H - Happy Anniversary NAQCC! Sorry to miss the first hour due to family commitment, but enjoyed the rest. Always fun to try to figure out who the N3A stations are! 72, John, KN1H
WD8KRV - This was my first sprint since November 2011. Conditions here in Arizona were not great as I had all my luck on 20 meters and called CQ NA in vain on 40 and 80. It was great to be back on an NAQCC sprint. 72 de WD8KRV
NA4O - Got in from a trip just in time for a few contacts. Happy to be part of another great NAQCC gathering! KX3@5W, Vibroplex straight key.
WG8Y - Hi all, Mainly S&P tonite. Started on 20m as it sounded pretty active. Heard and worked KD0V in MN.He had a nice 579 signal. Thought good. Nice start but wasn't being heard very well so went to 40m. Was better for me. Had to doubles. KD0v on 40 & 40m and N1BRI in CT on 40 & 80M.
Tnxs all. Had a nice casual evening of QRPing.
72 from N.C. Mark WG8Y
N2TNN - Another great event with nice band conditions
W4QDV - Operating time was limited due to celebrating 75th birthday--cake, presents, adoring family, etc. but slipped out and found plenty of good ops on 40m This is one of my favorite events. Thanks for the QSOs, friends!
72, Dave
NO2D - Been too many months since I last participated in a monthly sprint. Nice to get back in to it. Thanks to all who make the sprints possible. Pete, NO2D
KB1CKT - Had to work late so missed the first hour, so not the showing I wanted, but such is life. Good sigs on 40m.
KF7Z - Pretty good condition tonight, could only play for an hour but enjoyed it greatly. Elecraft K3s to a Diploe at 25'.
Thanks for the Qs Danny
K9PM - My 40' Spiderbeam mast broke in a big storm this summer, but I managed to salvage a 23' section of it and got my 133' end fed inverted vee antenna up in time for the Sprint. Even with the low antenna I managed to snag 17 stations on 20 and 40 meters. The noise level was fairly low on 20m but S7 on 40m. I had a good time. I used a Begali Blade straight key and a KX3 at 5W. Thanks to all.
KJ4R - Got a late start tonight. Sorry to a few stations that called me, but I just could not copy. Seemed like condx were good on 40 but didn't work anyone West of KS tonight and didn't hear a lot of the "regulars" that I usually work. Thanks to all for the QSO's
KB4N - First sprint. Wanted to make 10 qso's next time. Not much heard on 80 until the end.
W4CMG - Fun event!
K7EK - Started with S&P on 40m but then settled down on 7043 for the rest of the sprint. It was very enjoyable. I even had a pileup several times. Woo hoo!
K4WSD - First NAQCC sprint and lots of fun! Thanks for the contacts. Looking forward to the next one. 73 de K4WSD
WB9HFK - A fun evening of QRP on 40M! Thanks for the Q's!
72, Mark WB9HFK
N3A/2 - Fun working as N3A/2 ... thanks for the opportunity, and thanks for the calls! -- Ben, AC2YD --
K2OID - 40M seemed quiet tonight. Signals were relatively weak. However, conditions couldn't have been too bad because I made more contacts than usual. Enjoyed working several N3A's. Lots of fun as always.
W4NLT - 20M Was good for a while but most action on 40M. Thanks for all the QSOs 72 Andy
NF8M - Op time 25 min. Visiting wild and wonderful (and very hilly) West Virginia tonight so instead of remoting to the home station I thought I'd operate from here and hand out a less common multiplier. Made 10 quick QSOs including 3 of the special event stations from the roof of the parking deck next to my hotel, using a 40 meter hamstick, setting the FT991 back to 5 watts and one side of the paddle as a straight key. Nice signals tonight - most everyone was S7-S9. TNX QSOs and 72 till next time!
AA7EE - I haven't been on the air for quite a while, and my sending was rusty. Made a few on-air boo-boos, but the old mojo is gradually coming back!
N3A/7 - Fun and better results than I expected given bands were noisy. Almost all was in the first hour on 20, then very slim pickings on 40. Zilch on 80.One suggestion is for ops to tighten up the format for calling in this type of event. No need to start out by sending my call-I just need to copy yours, especially since I'm calling CQ.But it was all good- certainly no pileups but a nice casual event.I'm glad we got through from way out west! And the K4 performed superbly in pulling out stations.
KE5YUM - I heard more signals on 20 that I could possibly work. Thanks to those who worked me. See you next month. Terry FT 817 CW Morse straight key.
N3A/8 - I operated in the sprint as N3A/8 and had a blast! Conditions were good and participation was great. A huge "thank you" to the organizers of this event and indeed to all of the members who participated. - Paul, N8XMS
W8GG - Hello Fellow Sprinters! %watts to dipoles up 35'. Good condx for the sprint here in mid Mich. Lots of signals on 20m. I was surprised and happy to work CT1EDJ, Jose who answered my CQ NA. Also nabbed several of those NA3 spec calls too. I had just finished a refurb on an old 1963 Vibro-keyer, and was going to use that but went with the tried end true Ol' Western Union J-38.It was a night for filters on 40m with lots of sigs and lots of noise too. Only heard 1 on 80m but i could only play for the 1st hour. Nice to hear old friends and many new calls too. See u all next sprint.Gregg W8GG
KQ1P - Happy Anniversary NAQCC! Fun sprint, plenty of odd QRM and QRN and QSB.
W1TM - I only heard two K3N stations out here on the plains, and could only work one. I worked hard trying to read some very weak signals, and duped a couple of stations thinking they were new calls!
WX4RM - Happy Anniversary NAQCC. Had a great time as always.
VE3GNU - Signals of varying strength, and no noise made it a short and welcome time---and my apologies to WA3SCM for 'fumbling' the contact---73, Ernie
KW2A - Again, no 20M around me but 80M helped. Thanks for the contacts.
KA2KGP - A good sprint this month. 80m. was poor but 20 & 40 were good here in WNY. Rig: IC-7000 at 5w. into a G5RV up 25 ft. w/ old WWII German Junkers Straight Key. 73 to all.
WT4U - Noisy bands, particularly 40m, so rough going, but I did manage to track down 5 of the N3A/# stations. Fun and challenging.
N3A/4 - All three bands in pretty good shape. 20m skip zone was fairly long. Closest stations worked were in IL and NY. Good signals from WY, MT, ON, New England. 40M was pretty to the Eastern half of NA. No signals on that band heard from west of MN. 80M apparently had a skip zone, which was unusual. I think I heard two stations working K4PQC, also in GA, and I couldn't hear Phil at all. In fact, I missed GA, my own state, as a multiplier. Good turn out for Eastern and Central NA at least. Thanks for all QSOs. 73/72, John, K4BAI, opr. N3A/4.K4BA
KD3CA - Band conditions not very good here , lot's of QRN. Had to search for the stronger signal's .Many thank's to all for the call's 73's Don
KC2MJT - Rough cnx here. Turns out my daughter had our plasma tv on - NOISE Also had to use my raingutter as an antenna this month and it is already noisy without the additional help of the t.v. CU next month
WA2FBN - Condx were pretty good tonight. Penntek TR35 4B Qrp rig; vibrokeyer paddle. TNX, fun sprint. 72 Ken - WA2FBN
N0MII - Had to get on the board for at least one contact!
KK4ITX - I have a high noise level most every evening.. Tried 20/40 . Quiet today chasing N3A's.
W1TER - Tough night trying to get thru pile-ups
KB2GKC - Tnx for the contacts.
N5ZN - VERY SHORT TIME LIMIT. HOPEFULLY WILL HAVE MORE TIME ON THE NEXT SPRINT.GREAT SIGNALS.
W2SH - 20m stayed open throughout the first hour. Using a 72' wire vertical I heard AZ, MT and WY all with loud signals, but they were unable to hear me. 40m was very active. No contesters heard on 80m.
W7XT - At last a sprint with lots of activity and good conditions.
KB1M - MY hearing was no match for the QRN on 40 so QRT at end of first half. Thanks for Q's and repeat request. 72 Walt
AK3X - In and out of the sprint. Got a couple on 20 meters and the rest on 40. Bands were good here.
WI8J - Thanks for the N3A stations... I worked 6 of them. 72
N3A/3 - It was an odd sprint for me. I probably stuck around 20 too long although I was pleased with the contacts. 40 worked pretty well but I had some strange interference which may have been local in origin. Not too much on 80 which had a high noise level. Participation and results on the sprint look good, so I hope that translated into fun. 72 & thanks to all my contacts; enjoy the rest of the anniversary.
N3A/5 - Both 20 and 40 were in good shape. I was trying to hand out the MS multiplier and also N3A/5 so I used a keyer instead of my usual straight key!
W7QQQ - 20 meters was great!
A lot of activity kept me very busy.
I'm getting too old for this :)
KI5CAW - The portion of the band we were using was full of signals, but most were below the noise threshold. However, W7QQQ was very strong, S9.
WA1GWH - Not many members on 40m early in the sprint. Pretty quiet band. I heard wellfrom MA out to KY with my rather low dipole. 72, Garry
VA3NU - Apologies to all. I responded to a POTA station and forgot to reduce my transmit power for this contest. I will be more diligent next month.

VE6BIR/3 - Condx seemed excellent - worked most calls I heard.
Finally dug up my 65 year old straight key for use. Felt my wrist get more supple as the night wore on!
N3A/9 - My waterfall was filled with signals. I debated if I should run a frequency or search and pounce. Given the special call sign, I ran. Loads of fun. Thanks for the Qs!
WM4X - Been away for a while. Nice to participate in Sprints again!
