N4MJ - Well, that was FUN NOT. One station on 40m, three on 20m, none on 80m. Had to work to get KF7Z. Heard W2SH & KN1H on 20 but they didn't hear my zillion calls. They each had good sigs, too.
IDK what LCT contest is but lots of stations on 40m calling CQ LCT, exchanging RST and State.
NO2D - Stuck with 20 meters as still daylight here. Arm gave out after 10 contacts. Signals were good. Lots of fun. Thanks to all who make the sprints possible. Peter, NO2D
N2CN - Not a lot to be heard on the bands tonight.
KN4RQD - Lots of RBN hits, but only one contact on 20M before it closed. Still lots of fun!
K3RLL - Whew, those were rough seas tonight with pretty good thunder-boomer seeming hovering over my QTH. It was a good night for a low wire; not so much for anything higher or better. I appreciate the five good ops I worked but took an hour. RBNs were much better into Europe than stateside again tonight. Funny how that works. Thanks 72, ... Don
VE3SIF - Thanks for the contacts. I was using an Icom 705 and the BaMaKey TP-III. Very noisy here on 40 meters, but a few contacts. Sorry if I missed anyone. Hope to see everyone again next month. 72 Ron
WD4CFN - Thanks for the Q's!
K9NUD - Wow, I disappeared for several months! Fun to be back. Stormw took down my efhw on Sunday but I got it back up in time. Nice to hear familiar calls and a few new ones. KX3 @ 5W using a cootie.
KD0V - Thanks everyone for the QSO's. I am getting back into practice?
N2YHQ - Lots of fun!
KD7DUG - QMX mid band running OCF dipole. 20 Meters was long. Ask for NR repeats due to QSB but the band condx were great tonight compared to the last couple weeks. Thanks everyone for the QSOs
WD4OHD - Lousy band conditions here at first, but they improved a good bit with time. Worked seven states out of eight QSOs. Always fun whatever the situation.
KN2G - I had a good time but was tangled up several times in pileups. I generally back out of those! Still fun! 80 was DEAD for me. Not many stations readable on 40. 20 started strong and went off like it was on a switch. Exciting to reach to the western prairies tonight! Shut down 20 mins early... See you next week for the MW and also FD in a few weeks.
W9DWR - I managed to get in on the last 40 minutes or so. Had a couple that were just a little too low to get, but had a great time! Thanks to the ones that got me!
NF8M - Op time 1:45 with some breaks. Greetings QRP fans! Coming to you remotely with no way to pound actual brass, hence the keyer entry. Decent condx tonight, just not much heard but many of the regulars on. Lots of activity from the Lewis & Clark special events around our QRGs on 40 but we can coexist! 72 to all es cu next month.
KT3X - First NAQCC sprint. Jumped on late but managed to work a few despite QSB/QRN. Thanks for the contacts!
AI5BE - Bands were the best they have been in a while. I made more QSOs during this sprint than I ever had!
WB0CJB - 20M started out good but 40 was noisy tonight. Hope the sun settles down for next week's sprint as well as for Field Day.
GL es 72/73 de Paul WB0CJB
NA4O - Some vry nice strong signals on 40 tonight, others I had to work for. Good Sprint! KX3@5W, Vibroplex Straight Key
KC3RN - My first sprint using a cootie. Conditions were decent, but not great. As usual 40m was the money band. Thanks to all who worked me.
WB9HFK - Thanks for all the QSO's this evening. I was wringing out my POTA/FD setup. It looks like a few more tweaks, and I'm ready to go! 72, Mark WB9HFK
KC5F - QSB plus storm QRN plus low SFN equals lots of fun, anyway! Decent signals on 20m to start, including DK1VD, then the rest on 40m, with more QSB and QRN, but still plenty of activity. I only heard one signal on 80m, but too much noise, here, to copy. Thanks, all - see you next week!
KE3V - Very nice night for radio. I also learned that moving the bug from one table to another is enough to change its balance. Had to mess with it.
KN1H - Thanks for another fun Sprint! 20 was really hot with lots of 599 reports, it helps when it's light out coast to coast. Hope to see everyone in the MW next Tuesday night. 72, John, KN1H
K9QEW - Finally, we got some good band conditions. Started on 20m then QSY to 40m. 72/73s & STAY TUNED Daryl
K4KRW - I had to work tonight, so I didn't get to play much. 40 meters seemed pretty good here. Thanks everyone! Richard
W4NLT - Started out on 20M and got some DX to CO and WY. Most action was on forty. Good to work the QRP faithful and made some 2-fers. Thanks for all the QSOs. 72 Andy
WG8Y - Hi all, Started on time with a quick contact with WB8CAC. Then the dog wanted out. Decided to close up the garage while out there. Wound up sitting done at my garage work bench and first hooking my QRP Labs QMx 5 bander,20 thru 80m. Used that for a few Q's then switched over to the MTR3B CURAHEE for the last 8 or so Q's. Used my trusty OLd Butternut HF6V ground mounted in the back yard with app 50 radials.Just paper logged in the garage so just finished entering the contacts into the NAQCC Sprint logger. It was fun. Think I'll do the same thing next week for the MW Sprint. "Hear" you all then. Hi Hi.
72 from N.C. Mark WG8Y
N7QR - 91st sprint, KX3 BY1 into a K1EL keyer in bug mode for the
first 1.5 hours. 20 was the band. Russ Portland OR
N5BO - First Sprint for me, decided to dig the IC705 out and charge the battery up. It was nice working some familiar calls! I look forward to the next event!
KF7Z - great sprint tonight, signals were good from the east, always a fun time, had a QSO started with KD5W but QRM overwhelmed it, I had to move, glad you found me up the band a little, Thanks to the organization for keeping the sprint going 73.
Danny
W2SH - 20m was open but in an unstable condition with
considerable QSB. 40m had plenty of activity.
Nothing was heard on 80m.
WX4RM - I was pleasantly surprised tonight that conditions allowed QSO'S in all different areas of the country. Gave the new XIEGU G90 transceiver a good workout, but still need to learn all of its functions. Thanks to all who pulled me out of the noise.
DK1VD - first test on 40 m was not good on 20 better signals were louder fast qsb and then again on 40 quiet but four (2 20 2 40 ) are in the log thanks to
KC5F - KJ4R - K3JZD - KC3MIO
72 ED
K4EAK - First ever Spring and could only operate for a few minutes.
KA6J - My time was limited this sprint. Had a local net to attend and storms were moving in early evening. Bands were still rough. Worked the few I could hear on 20 then moved to 40 where only two signals heard. Used a x6200 into a vertical. Thanks all for the sprint!
W8GG - Hello Fellow Sprinters ! Gud condx fer sprint last nite. I got a late start but 20 was wide open at 9pm local in Mich. went between 20 es 40 fer an hour and had a blast. Gud signals from all over , some true 599 rpts. Can't wait to try the mw sprint next week. Nice to work a bunch of old friends. 73 ,Gregg W8GG
WA1GWH - Was on 40m with an ionosphere-sizzling 1 W and my old SW-40+. Antenna a quarter wave inverted L over 16 radials. Not many ops heard and a very noisy band from here in central New York state. Thanks to all who "listened hard"!
KA2KGP - Only 2 QSO's on both 20 & 80 m. but 40 m. was good here in WNY. Rig: IC-7000 at 5w. into G5RV up 20 ft. w/ old WWII straight key. 73 to all.
WT4U - Rough conditions all around, and lots of other traffic on 40, the only band that seemed to be working. With all the thunderstorms rattling around it seemed like every station was just barely poking above the noise. Tiring, but, there were contacts to be had surfing up and down between 7030 and 7045.
K4JPN - Heavy QRN on 40M and 20M, tried 15M, but nothing heard. 72, Steve K4JPN
WA2FBN - Signals were better than I expected for the sprint. TNX 72 Ken
K4BAI - 20M sounded good at the start and there were a lot of loud signals, but the rate seemed slow. I think the skip shortened up some to allow the two VA QSOs. 40M had a lot of signals, but the QRN was very bad. Had several on 40M who just could not get my call despite calling over and over. I guess the best distance on 20 was with KN1H in NH. I heard one unidentified station in CA on 20M, but never heard his call and had no opportunity to call him. Am pretty sure conditions should be better next month. 73/72, John, K4BAI.
K4WY - Thank you 20 meters!
VE3IIM - Some new calls for me this month. Heard some weak ones calling, but no go...
K3JZD - 40m only. I only had 1 hour available this time. Pleasant evening in spite of the copy being difficult due to the noise on the band. Always nice to hear Fred - DK1VD in there while all of his neighbors are sleeping. 72, Jody - K3JZD
KC3MIO - 7300 @ 5w into 288'loop up 30'. As usual, tried 20, but instead of going to 0100, switched to 40 after 15 minutes and tried 20 again in about 10-15 minutes; four contacts in total. As usual 40 was the best band including DK1VD; thanks for your patience, Fred! Checked 20 again around and worked AI5BE and WU0A. The last 30 minutes were good with only a couple on 80 and the rest on 40. Thanks for all my contacts and looking forward to the challenge of the MW sprint next week. 73/72, Rich
AK3X - Only a few minutes as usual. Still fun.
N5GW - Only tried 20M, as 40M to QRNish here tonight.
